Hi! Don't worry, you don't bother at all! <3 I don't think we specified it in the game, that's true. Although we did answer questions on social media, and referenced some of them with special illustrations for specific days like pride month and such.

Maskeguy is a genderless person, which is very much in line with their feelings. I have a lot of respect for their gender. I just see the genderless one and wonder if they are embodied in Maskeguy's body. I'm not sure if it's polite to continue asking them about their biological sex. If not, please let me know.
Don't worry! Maske's biological sex is male. In fact, although they are clear that they don't feel tied to any gender and they use the pronouns accordingly, it's not really something they worry too much about. They don't get offended when someone uses masculine, or even when they take them for a girl.

The key points are after Chapter 5, where you choose your alignment (Angels, Humans, and Demons), and Chapter 10, where, within those alignments, you have the option to choose who to continue the romance with. Those are the two key points. I hope this has been helpful.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Since this last update we have exceeded the data limit in itch, and that has forced us to use external links to continue publishing the game. It seems that the Itch app doesn't allow downloads through external links, I just checked it myself and the same thing happens.
We have written to itch to extend the limit so we can use the platform directly, but we haven't received a reply yet. So, for now, we can't give you a solution other than downloading it through the web. We are hoping that we can solve it as soon as possible, but at the moment there is nothing more in our hands. Maybe the itch support team can give you a more technical answers about the app, if you need it.

If I had to guess, I'd make sure the computer meets the necessary requirements, and if so, I'd try to free up memory. It's very likely that the game crashes due to some problem or shortcoming on the computer.
I want to know if this game will be paid for after it is finished? What is the range of the charge? I'll be happy to pay for it. This game you made is good.
Once the story is finished, there will still be a period of time where it will be free to download. During that time, we plan to revamp it (adding some extra stories, possibly adding gender-neutral pronouns, correcting some art, etc.), and then it will be paid-only. The price is still under discussion, but it won't be excessive. We want it to be an affordable game for development and hours of gameplay (perhaps between 15 and 20 euros).
This game is pretty complex in itself and holds a lot of good content, but I am curious if you'd guys would ever consider implementing they/them pronouns? I'm nonbinary and while I do not mind choosing other ones I was just curious if that would be possible/

The pronouns was not an easy decision, but when we started Chronicles our programming knowledge was very limited, and the he/she pronouns were programmed as an on/off system. We have received this question many times, as we expected, and we as part of the queer community are very aware that it is important to many people. Implementing it now wouldn't be an impossible task, but it would take many hours of work with all the full chapters out there.
It's an issue that we always keep in mind, but our priority is to continue to release Chronicles without being too late in updating. But it't something we'll contemplate doing when we finish, in a possible revamp of the game.

La historia me está gustando mucho y me pareció genial que hubiera 3 rutas diferentes para cada sector (ángeles, humanos y demonios).
Me gustó mucho también que ciertos eventos sucedieran siempre, solo que los ves desde diferentes perspectivas dependiendo con qué personajes estés.
