This game looks SO COOL, but I can't play it! I'm running it on linux through the itch.io app, but even when I go through files, it just gives me a black screen when I start the .sh file... the terminal isn't giving any output for me to troubleshoot, either. Is this a known thing?
I do not have a Linux operating system and I could not assure you that it is as correct as I would like, but the first thing I would do is download the game not from the app, but from the itch website and then follow the manual installation process (unzip and run from the icon inside the folder). Please let me know if it has helped you or not so I can try to find another solution.
Each chapter will be between 30 to 40 minutes long if you read fast, maybe even less.
The game is divided into 3 routes once you finish chapter 5, where you will choose whether to continue the story with the demons, the humans, or the angels. That is, they are not all played at the same time, and from here on it will follow this order:
Chapter 1, 2, 3 and 4 > Chapter 5 ( Route choice) > Chapter 6.1 (Demons) or 6.2 (Humans) or 6.3 (Angels). > etc.
If you play in a linear way, that means only a single route (angels, humans or demons) about 7 hours, without being exact.
But if you want to play all the complete routes, about 14. (For this option, we recommend to have a saved game at the end of chapter 5).
I would love to play your game but I do not know how to download it on my PC and I can't find it so if someone could please tell me how that would be awesome

Hi, I just started this game and reached chapter 3 at this point (very intriguing so far!), but I actually wanted to ask about something before I continue since I'm unsure about how to proceed. From the very first second he appeared, Ariel has been my favorite character - and like, BY FAR. And I don't think this will change to be fair. Now, that's all good but... well, until it isn't, I guess? You see, I don't like playing the "evil" route in games that offer the possibility, and knowing the game later branches in a demon, a human and an angel route, I'm sort of worried I'd get blocked if I'd like to do Ariel's route but not play an "evil" character. I've been trying to look it up a bit, but obviously I want to avoid heavy spoilers so I've been having a really hard time, and at this point I just prefer to ask you how does this work? Would your "alignment" default you to one faction or the other and thus I need an "evil" character to romance any of the demons, or is the faction route an actual choice and then the MC being "good", "neutral" or "evil" would influence which ending I'll be able to get?
I know it's a very peculiar question and I'd be able to get the answer just by playing, but yeah, considering my favorite character vs favorite playstyle issue, I prefer to just know that beforehand and see if I should give up on either the character I most want to romance or the kind of MC I most want to have heh.
Thank you for your comment, it was very kind. What I can tell you is that Ariel falls under the 'evil' route. Each alignment has three characters to filter with and Ariel is aligned with the demons. Still, there are several things to keep in mind, being in the demons' point of view is not necessarily being a villain, the morality bar still comes into play and the demons' arc is designed to have its own antagonists and not so much hurting others. What the MC does most of the time in his lineups is deal with the problems of their territories and not so much participate in actions. It is also the most violent lineup and that must be taken into account.
Another thing to keep in mind is that the story endings will depend to some extent on being consistent with the actions you have taken. That is, if you have chosen the demons and your decisions have tried to be 'good', you will end up having a very high morality bar, it will generate distrust in you and it will have negative consequences, given that you are a main piece in the plot.
This explanation may not have resolved your doubts too much, but we encourage you to continue with the demon route, we promise that the MC is not a particularly evil character. On the contrary. The MC is the only one who manages to bring some order to the chaos.

I guess my phrasing made it seem as if I was scared my MC would "turn" evil if they sided with the demons, but it was more about if going on the demons' route was at all possible or not with a "good" MC. As long as it is, then what happens, happens - the consequences be damned! As long as I can go that path, I'm happy!

1) Look for one of the little yellow buttons that are a little higher.
2) If you do not wish to make a donation, deny it.
3) Click on your operating system and don't forget to read the installation instructions.
